Licensing Notes

* Print Manager Plus is licensed per a print server. It covers unlimited users on the domain(s) and unlimited printers on the print server. An unlimited Academic site license covers one organization, and one or more domains within the same Active Directory Forrest. Multiple un-trusted domains, or multiple organizations are not licensed when using this licensing scheme. When purchasing for a Microsoft Cluster setup a license must be purchased for each physical node.

* Print Manager Plus Small Business Edition is the full product but is limited to monitoring no more than 5 Printers and 35 Users.

* The Workstation Connected Printer Agent is licensed per workstation that has a locally connected printer that needs to be managed.

* The Release Station Option is licensed per site and runs on the same print server that Print Manager Plus has been installed on.

* Maintenance is included with all products, and covers Upgrades/Updates and Phone Support for One Year from the date of purchase.

Note: The Print Server is defined as the computer which has Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 operating system installed, and where your printers are installed and shared making them accessible to all users on your domain(s) or Work Group.
